China Says It Will Roll Out Humanoid Robots by 2025 – Robb Report

Astronomers find seven planets being 'fried' by their star | Reuters

Scientists have to date identified more than 5,500 exoplanets - planets outside our solar system - and spotted hundreds of stars with multiple exoplanets. But Kepler-385's collection of seven exoplanets is topped only by the eight known to orbit a star called Kepler-90.

The Kepler space telescope, NASA's first planet-hunting mission, was retired in 2018. It detected exoplanets by observing small dips in a star's brightness when a planet crosses in front of it from our vantage point.

Iranian Hackers Launches Destructive Cyberattacks on Israeli Tech and Education Sectors

Israeli higher education and tech sectors have been targeted as part of a series of destructive cyber attacks that commenced in January 2023 with an aim to deploy previously undocumented wiper malware.

40 Countries Vow Not to Pay Ransomware Hackers -- Redmondmag.com

In a gathering of 48 countries for the third annual International Counter Ransomware Initiative summit, the U.S. and allies are pledging to not pay ransomware attacks leveraged against their individual countries.

The pledge comes as the cost of ransomware attacks continues to rise. According to a recent report by security firm Sophos , the average price tag of a ransomware event (which includes recovery costs) has risen to $1.85 million, making it a lucrative business for cyber criminals.
