Kashish Developers, a real estate blackhole in small town India

People invest here for future rental income and appreciation of property but it cannot be ignored that scams and frauds have created a sense of fear in people who want to invest in these sectors. Despite investing their money in these projects, people are not getting the desired outcome. There are so many cases of frauds disclosed in the past few years where the invested money has been siphoned off or misused.

In India, the real estate sector maybe losing pace due to the Covid-19 pandemic but before the pandemic came knocking and knocked out the Indian economy’s door, people invested their hard-earned money in this sector with the hope of a higher return in the long term.

Eventide UltraTap Delay review | MusicRadar

We think the UltraTap is a lot of pedal for your investment; a creative tool that progressive players will find plenty of inspiration in, and a treat for fans of ambient, versatile multi-tap delay sounds.

Eventide's second delay pedal of 2021 is also the third in its dot9 series; bringing the company's iconic algorithms into standalone compact pedal form. The MicroPitch Delay and Blackhole reverb have already impressed us but there's always room for more on our testing table, so it's time to reacquaint ourselves with Eventide's UltraTap and find out how well it's integrated into an effects pedal.

Writer’s Corner: ‘In the Silence – part one’ – The Connector

Paloma's hand cramps up from the crushing grip that clutched the apartment key. It had been cold when she first picked it up. Jayla struggled with the key. The ring it was on was old and rusted. The key wouldn't slip out. Paloma walked over, tried to help. Jayla stepped back. She freed the key with such force that it hit the ground with a bounce. Paloma made no move to chase after Jayla. Instead, she picked up the key.

When they had first moved into the apartment, Jayla had noticed that the carpet in their soon-to-be new bedroom hadn't been properly cleaned. Paloma had been walking through the kitchen with the leasing person when she was called into the bedroom.

Buildup to super blood moon eclipses the finale

People across New Zealand and around the world stayed up Wednesday to watch a cosmic event called a super blood moon, a combination of a total lunar eclipse and a brighter-than-usual supermoon.

When the full eclipse took hold, however, the moon darkened, turning a smudgy burnt orange color for many viewers.

In celestial terms, it was a wonder: a projection of the world's sunsets and sunrises onto the black canvas of the eclipsed moon. But for people peering up from their backyards, it wasn't quite the brilliant display they had anticipated. Not quite super or blood-colored.

NASA chief says budget keeps Artemis moon program on track - CBS News

The Biden administration's $24.8 billion fiscal 2022 budget request for NASA will keep the agency on track to send the the first woman and the next man to the moon as early as 2024, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said Friday, but he warned that target date is far from certain.

"Space is hard," he said. "As you see the development of various space systems in the past, there have been delays. When you go farther and farther away from the Earth with new technologies, we have seen historically, delays. Will they occur? I can't answer that question.

Canada to launch moon rover by 2026 | Space

The nation will develop a robotic lunar rover in partnership with NASA and launch it by 2026, François-Philippe Champagne, Canada's Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, announced on Wednesday (May 26).

"The rover will be carrying at least two science instruments, Canadian and American. The mission will aim to gather imagery and measurements and data of the surface of the moon, as well as to have the rover survive an entire night on the moon," Canadian Space Agency (CSA) officials said in a statement Wednesday . (One lunar night lasts about 14 Earth days.)

Does Video Show Giant Moon Blocking the Sun Over the Arctic? | Snopes.com

A video showing a gigantic moon rolling across the Arctic sky and briefly blocking out the sun has gone viral, with many claiming it is real. The moon in the video is very large, and appears to be extremely close to earth, moving at an unnaturally fast speed across the sky.

A "blood moon" occurs when the moon takes on a red hue as it aligns with the sun and Earth and passes fully into Earth's shadow. The moon is also at its closest point in its orbit to the earth, making it appear larger and brighter than normal, earning it the title "super." The first full moon in the month of May is also given the title "flower moon."

Protests, trolling and more: Drama swirls around NASA's next moon lander for astronauts | Space

In mid-April, NASA awarded SpaceX a $2.9 billion contract to finish development of its Starship vehicle and fly two missions with it to the lunar surface for the agency's Artemis program . If all goes according to plan, the second of those missions will put two astronauts down near the lunar south pole in the mid-2020s — the first crewed moon landing since Apollo 17 in 1972.

SpaceX, founded by billionaire Elon Musk , beat out two commercial competitors for the lunar lander deal — Dynetics and the "National Team," which is led by Blue Origin, a spaceflight company owned by billionaire Jeff Bezos . But those two groups didn't accept the decision and move on. They both filed protests with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in late April, citing perceived flaws in the award process.

Super Blood Moon and Lunar Eclipse 2021 - The New York Times

Australians were among those lucky enough to see it on Wednesday evening, a rare astronomical event marked by a dazzling array of sunset colors like red and burnt orange: a "super blood moon."

From Brazil to Alaska, California to Indonesia, people with the right view of the celestial phenomenon marveled as their moon, usually a predictable, pale, Swiss-cheese-like round in the sky, was transformed into a fierce, red giant. As one Twitter user , words failing, put it: "Man I'm in love with this urghhh."

Fly me to the moon? In other words, no – Marin Independent Journal

I was reading this week about the mad rush that seems to be going on to get in line to be launched into space — not because you are being forced to, or because you're being paid to, but because you want to.

I will make a confession here. I have never aspired to be an astronaut. I have never been glued to the television to watch a space launch. I think that Mars and those other big orbs out there are nice, but I frankly am much more interested in a good meal and a nice cabernet sauvignon.

NASA tracking five asteroids approaching Earth | wusa9.com

WASHINGTON — Earth will have some relatively close encounters with asteroids in the coming days, according to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Five asteroids will make an approach to earth, one of them is approximately 620 feet,  taller than a typical office building. For reference the Washington Monument is 555 feet and 5 and 1/8 inches tall.

The largest asteroid, 2021 KT1, will make a close approach to Earth on June 1, coming within 4.5 million miles of Earth.

Asteroid Potentially Bigger Than the Eiffel Tower to Fly Past Earth Next Week

The huge space rock, known as 2021 KT1, will make a close approach to our planet on June 1 at around 10:24 a.m. EDT.

In cosmic terms, the word "close" is relative. Although NASA includes the pass in its "close approaches" data table, the asteroid will in fact zoom past the Earth at a distance of around 4.5 million miles.

Still, the asteroid is thought to be quite large and it will be traveling at a speed of around 40,000 mph during its close approach—nearly 20 times as fast as a rifle bullet.

Scientists Discover The Origins Of A 23-Million-Year-Old Asteroid That Hit Earth Kids News Article

While scientists have managed to recover and examine thousands of meteorites, finding their origin or even whether they are from icy comets or rocky asteroids has proved elusive. Now, for the first time, a team of international researchers has traced the source of a boulder-sized rock that landed in Botswana to an asteroid named Vesta. Boasting a diameter of about 326 miles, it is one of the largest and brightest rocks in the asteroid belt that circles the Sun between Jupiter and Mars.

Asteroid mining, space tourism and the new space race - Equal Times

In this image from September 2016, a NASA rocket takes off with the Osiris-Rex probe from Cape Canaveral in Florida, heading for asteroid Bennu (320 million kilometres from Earth). After collecting samples from the asteroid's surface and spending time in orbit, it has begun its return to Earth, and is scheduled to arrive in 2023.

A source of poetic musings for some and an area of geostrategic competition for others, space is also starting to become a new niche market for the shrewdest of public and private entrepreneurs.

Elon Musk Thinks Dinosaurs 'Would Still Be Around' if They Had Spaceships During

In a reply to a meme about Dinosaurs (which he posted himself) he mentioned how “If only they had spaceships, they'd still be around."

While this may sound ironic and a joke, Musk’s real goals aren’t too far from the suggestion, ‘Put it in a spaceship.’

Elon Musk has mentioned his plans of taking humans to Mars for a while - and he finally has a timeline for it. “Five and a half years," he mentioned in February. While that’s not a hard deadline. Musk listed a number of caveats — there’s a raft of technological advances that must be made in the intervening years. “The important thing is that we establish Mars as a self-sustaining civilization," he said.

Japan will send a transforming robot ball to the moon to test lunar rover tech | Space

The Japanese company ispace will deliver the small rover to the moon for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) using the commercial HAKUTO-R lander. JAXA will use the rover to snap pictures of the moon and collect data on lunar dust — a corrosive substance known to be tough on people and machines, the space agency said.

It appears JAXA's "transformable lunar robot" will be the second one carried on ispace's debut mission, as the company announced last month it would also deploy a rover from the United Arab Emirates , called Rashid. If the mission is successful, Japan and the UAE will join the small club of nations to successfully soft-land spacecraft on the moon, after the then-Soviet Union, United States and China.

Istanbul 'glows' bright at night in NASA's new orbital photo | Daily Sabah

The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has been exchanging niceties with Turkey for a while now, and most recently the American institution shared an orbital photograph of Istanbul taken from the International Space Station (ISS) on its social media account with the caption, "Hey Istanbul. You're glowing."

The photograph, captured May 10 from the ISS while it was orbiting 423 kilometers (263 miles) above the Black Sea, attracted great attention from both Turkish and foreign users. The picture provided an amazing opportunity to see the night lights of one of Turkey's most famous cities, split by the Bosporus and the Golden Horn.
