For several years now the real estate industry's adaption of emergent PropTech has shifted gears to meet the demands and expectations of a changing market. This relationship has not always been easy, with frictions flaring between the old guard and the new over how necessary and genuinely useful these technological enhancements are for the market.
China stuck its moon landing this year. Others weren't as lucky | Science News
Lunar-landing missions are back in vogue. After decades with almost no traffic to the moon, space agencies clamored to send spacecraft to Earth's nearest neighbor in 2019. While the China National Space Administration parked the first spacecraft on the lunar farside, other missions met less-satisfying ends. Two probes, flown by the Israeli nonprofit SpaceIL and the Indian Space Research Organization, crash-landed on the moon and haven't been heard from since.

The Potential of Urea as a Construction Material on the Moon - 3DPrint.com | The Voice of 3D
In the recently published ' Utilization of urea as an accessible superplasticizer on the moon for lunar geopolymer mixtures ,' researchers come together from around the world to examine new and unusual materials for construction away from earth; here, they are considering development of geopolymers for fabrication of components on the moon—with as few of them as possible to be carried from Earth.
While many may be surprised that the researchers began investigating the uses of urea, it is not as uncommon a choice as it may seem to the layperson, especially as a chemical admixture capable of breaking hydrogen bonds and reducing viscosity—along with the fact that is available anywhere humans dwell. This is only one of many challenges, however, as colonizing the moon also brings forth issues like how to deal with:
Fly me to the moon: A night at the retro-masterpiece TWA Hotel - CNET
But TWA needed a building, and not just any building. Something grand and sweeping to evoke the excitement of flight itself. It turns to Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen , already a pioneer in the style that would become known as midcentury modern . His bird-like design for the new Flight Center would become an icon.

There's a 1964 Lincoln Continental convertible out front. The valets are dressed like skycaps. If it weren't for the modern cars in the parking lot, it'd be easy to think you'd stepped back in time. Inside, the big split-flap display board clack-clack-clacks fictional updates of flight arrivals and departures.
