On Thursday, Feb. 13 around 6 p.m., Ian Preston and his wife were driving home from Preston’s work at Skaha Ford to their Naramata residence when they noticed something unusual in the sky over Okanagan Lake.
Preston immediately pulled over near Johnson Rd. and got out of the car to further investigate the strange flashing object the couple had spotted.

4:12 a.m. — A caller from Rough and Ready Highway reported former friend stole some necklaces from her unlocked vehicle.
5:46 a.m. — A caller from Big Blue Road reported 20 white colored UFO's appearing in the sky and heading south.
8:45 a.m. — A caller from Pauls Place reported their landlord turning off their water after the caller paid rent.

5:28 p.m. — A caller from Ridge Road reported a stray older dog walking into the Don Baggett Theater. The reporter called back to inform the officer that there was an individual standing by the dog.

In the decades since, the UFO question has refused to go away. And the original documents from Blue Book and other formerly classified programs have since been made public. The Renewed Antique Show is going on this weekend at the Ocean Shores Convention Center. The emphasis is on antique “blending” — a mix of recycling, upcycling and repurposing.
The hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. A vintage fashion show will be staged today at 2 p.m. In honor of the Ocean Shores 50th Anniversary Celebration, it has been dubbed the “History of Ocean Shores Style Show.”

Navy Confirms Existence of 'Unidentified' Flying Objects in Leaked Footage | Time
A Navy official has confirmed that recently released videos of unidentified flying objects are real, but that the footage was not authorized to be released to the public in the first place.
Joseph Gradisher, the spokesman for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare, confirmed to TIME that three widely-shared videos captured “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.”
Gradisher initially confirmed this in a statement to “ The Black Vault ” a website dedicated to declassified government documents .
