Three UFO videos released by Pentagon, one from California

(CNN) — The Pentagon has officially released three short videos showing “unidentified aerial phenomena” that had previously been released by a private company.

The videos show rapidly moving flying objects recorded by infrared cameras. Two of the videos have audio in which service members react in awe at how quickly the objects are moving.

The Navy acknowledged the veracity of the videos in September of last year. They are officially releasing them now, “in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos,” according to Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough.

Pilot's Rare Trip Around Area 51 Includes Pics Of Range Targets, Drone Bases, UFO Legends -

The most impressive part of his route through the NTTR was the turn to the west, just south of the infamous impenetrable "box" of airspace that surrounds the clandestine flight test facility located at Groom Lake. This part of his flight took him directly over Papoose Lake and the hill that Lazar famously claimed had camouflaged hangar doors built into the side of it to hide from 1980s imaging satellite technology.

For purposes of continuity, we have laid out a selection of Gabriel's images in order of how his flight progressed around and through the NTTR. Beyond Lazar's supposed UFO reverse-engineering lair, there is plenty more to see, including another shadowy base that is located near the Department Of Energy's Yucca Lake facility. That drone test base has a big new hangar facility.

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, schools transitioned to an online schooling format in an effort to prevent the spread of the highly contagious coronavirus.

Anyway, whatever it was, it was flying so fast it made the Navy aviators exclaim with amazement.

So UFO footage — confirmed and released — and yet no one seems to care. The Navy described the footage as "not out of the ordinary."

Japan's Defense Ministry to ramp up UFO encounter protocols after Pentagon releases footage

The Defense Ministry of Japan is planning to draw up protocols for their potential encounters with UFOs after the Pentagon released three previously classified videos in which US Navy pilots can be seen encountering what appears to be unidentified flying objects on Monday.

The Defence Ministry also said it will consider procedures to respond to, record and report encounters, even though the unknown nature of the objects may confuse their Self-Defense Forces pilots, including those of F-15 fighter jets.

The eerie morning a UFO caught me out | Daily Mercury

FORGET the Bermuda Triangle where mysterious UFO sightings occur. This strange encounter was fishing on a Queensland river bank.

Although chilly late at night, it was a routine I enjoyed immensely. Rug up, take some mullet gut or freshly caught hardyheads and set up on the water's edge, close to where the river flows into Hervey Bay.

"It'' arrived about 2am and cruised around the Hervey Bay skies as I tried to get a fix on the object.

"After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems, and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena." The videos show what pilots saw during training flights in 2004 and 2015.

UFOs reported by Navy pilots, who tell New York Times they spotted unidentified

Some U.S. Navy pilots reported seeing unidentified flying objects while training over the East Coast in 2014 and 2015 in interviews with  The New York Times . According to The Times, multiple Navy pilots spotted "strange objects" with "no visible engine" reaching 30,000 feet and going hypersonic speeds.

The Times report includes a minute-long video of two encounters Navy pilots allegedly had with unexplained aerial phenomena. In the videos, which include visual radar and voice recordings, pilots cannot distinguish what is seen on their radar screens. At one point one of the pilots says in amazement, "Look at that thing. It's rotating."

Shop owners disappointed over decision to move UFO Festival | KRQE News 13

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Roswell is moving its iconic UFO Festival off of Main Street in downtown. Shop owners, many of them with alien-themed businesses are worried they’re going to take a huge hit.

“It takes away what every person who has planted a business here has worked for,” said store owner Vanessa Roquel Meeks. Downtown business owners are not thrilled over the city of Roswell’s choice to relocate the UFO Festival five blocks away to the Civic Center.
