First UFOs, now Bigfoot.
BOISE ( Idaho Statesman ) — Last month, Idaho was named the top spot in the United States for sightings of unidentified flying objects . But it turns out UFOs aren't the only paranormal entity being spotted in the Gem State.
According to an analysis by satelliteinternet.com, Idaho is one of the top places for Bigfoot sightings in the country. The company last month researched UFO sightings to try to determine if satellite internet equipment was being mistaken for UFOs. (It frequently is.) Last week, satelliteinternet.com released a similar rating – this time for Sasquatch sightings.
'UFO' off French coast: Japanese sailor Shiraishi eyes Vendee Globe win
LORIENT (FRANCE) - As far as Kojiro Shiraishi is concerned, a Japanese sailing the gruelling Vendee Globe round-the-world race is akin to a Frenchman taking up sumo wrestling.
"It's a miracle," says Shiraishi who will return to the epic high seas adventure in November after making his debut four years ago.
Back in 2016, the sailor, who hails from Kamakura, a Pacific coastal town to the south of Tokyo, cut a dash by posing on the quay at the start line dressed in traditional Japanese costume and carrying a ceremonial sabre in his belt.

'UFO armada' reportedly filled skies above Farmington in 1950
FARMINGTON — Farmington has reached the 70th anniversary of one of the more sensational events in its history this week, but it's a safe bet to say few residents will pay much attention to that milestone – or even be aware of it.
From March 16 to March 18 in 1950, the city experienced a mass UFO sighting, with some reports indicating "hundreds" of residents saw strange objects in the sky in broad daylight over the three-day period.
