Everyone is planning to return to the Moon. At least 10 missions by half a dozen nations are scheduled before the end of 2021, and that's only the beginning.
Even though there are international treaties governing outer space, ambiguity remains about how individuals, nations and corporations can use lunar resources.

Luna-25 Lander Renews Russian Moon Rush - Scientific American
There is a multicountry moon rush in progress. NASA is orchestrating the Artemis program of robotic and human lunar exploration, due to launch human explorers in 2024 at the earliest. China is preparing to hurl a sample-return mission to the moon this year, joining a Chinese lander and rover that are now on the lunar far side. Other nations, such as Japan and India, as well as private spaceflight firms, also have future lunar exploration in their crosshairs.
Now an “old-timer” is joining the celestial fray. Russia’s federal space agency Roscosmos announced in early August that flight units of scientific instruments for its Luna-25 moon lander had been delivered from the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IKI) to the Lavochkin Scientific and Production Association(which is part of Roscosmos). The flight is scheduled to launch in October 2021.
NASA-sponsored moon mission will launch on a SpaceX rocket | Space
A NASA-contracted lunar lander bound for the moon's South Pole will launch on a SpaceX rocket in late 2022.
Earlier this year, NASA selected Masten Space Systems to manage the delivery of eight different payloads to the moon's pole as part of the agency's Artemis program designed to land humans in the same region in 2024. Masten has hired SpaceX to launch its XL-1 lunar lander for the delivery, the company announced on Wednesday (Aug. 26).

September 2020 Full Moon Dos & Don'ts
Honoring your feelings is important, but doing so can easily lead to anxiousness about the future — and emotional realizations about the past. "This [full moon] can bring a magical or other-worldly type of energy, but it may also bring up deep-seated issues that can relate to emotionality and endings," Hale says. "Pisces [energy] has a tendency toward bringing up information that was previously hidden, and the revelations can be deeply emotional." Don't run from the truth under this full moon.

The next full moon, the Full Corn Moon, will shine the night of Tuesday, September 1, into the morning of September 2.
With a lunar cycle averaging 29.5 days, that will place the subsequent full moon, the Harvest Moon, on October 1, allowing for a second full moon in October, a Blue Moon, on Halloween, October 31.
"A Blue Moon is a fairly infrequent phenomenon involving the appearance of an additional full moon within a given period," according to Space.com . "But which period? It turns out there are two definitions of the term, and one was borne out of a misunderstanding of the other.
