In April, 2019, a Sunwing airliner was on approach into Toronto's Pearson International Airport when it was ordered by air traffic control operators to climb in altitude because an unknown aircraft had entered into its flight path. The Sunwing pilots reported that the "target appeared momentarily to them then disappeared." Two months later, in June, an airliner on final approach to the St. Hubert airport near Montreal was notified by air traffic control of "unidentified traffic.

HAMPTON - A storm system that made its way through southern Nebraska Friday kept storm spotters busy.
The video above is of a funnel cloud that appeared to briefly touch down about two miles west of the Hampton interchange on I-80.
Storm spotters reported another tornado in rural Clay County that touched down southeast of Stockham.
The storms also dropped large hailstones in Clay County...some reportedly as large as tennis balls.

There was a rise in the number of North Americans who looked up into the sky in 2019 and found something that didn't look like a bird or a plane.
Peter Davenport, who runs the independent organization that's based in Davenport, Washington, said he couldn't explain why more people called about seeing flashing white lights, fireballs, disc-shaped objects or other oddities in 2019.
"One of the mysteries of ufology is there is a fluctuation in the number of reports over the years," he told ABC News in a phone interview. "Some years it's been low, but it's gotten higher recently."
