What looks like a pilot's ejector seat was videoed dropping into the waves off Minster Beach on the evening of Sunday, September 6.

Layla Stagg of Invicta Road, Sheerness, said: "My son observed something going into the sea which looked like a child's car seat attached to a parachute. We are a bit concerned about what it was."
