On Dec. 29, at roughly 8:30 p.m. local time, eyewitnesses on the Hawaiian island of Oahu spotted an unidentified flying object in the night sky, prompting several 911 calls. As reported by Hawaii News Now , the UFO, which was caught on video, had a glowing blue oblong form, described by one onlooker as “larger than a telephone pole.

Sources tell NewsChannel 5 Investigates that Warner mailed similar packages to other individuals.

The package, which contained at least nine typed pages and two Samsung thumb drives, was immediately turned over to the FBI.

The envelope does not have a return address, but the rambling pages inside left no doubt it was from Warner.

Miley Cyrus: I got chased by a UFO and saw an alien

The 27-year-old singer, who admitted she had been using marijuana at the time, said she was convinced she was being followed by an alien spaceship, and that she even made eye-contact with the extra-terrestrial.

"I'm pretty sure about what I saw, but I'd also bought weed wax from a guy in a van in front of a taco shop, so it could have been the weed wax.

Japanese military given instructions on UFOs | Science & Tech News | Sky News

It is not the first time the Japanese government has made a statement about potential alien spacecraft appearing on Earth.

The Japanese military have been given instructions to record and report sightings of unidentified aerial objects which could pose a potential threat to the country's security.

Taro Kono, the country's minister for defence, issues the instruction following the US department of defence founding its Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force.
