Next generation of moon rovers

CubeRover, engineered by Astrobotic's Planetary Mobility department, was designed to offer an affordable service used to carry and operate diverse scientific instruments and payloads on the surface of the moon.

Developed by Astrobotic with input from NASA's Kennedy Space Center, the CubeRover has been funded through NASA's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Tipping Point programs—and will culminate with a rover that is ready to fly to the moon.

Bezos's Blue Origin Is Fighting for NASA's Lunar Lander - The Atlantic

In the summer of 2019, Jeff Bezos appeared at a space symposium marking the anniversary of the first moon landing. Fifty years had passed since that historic achievement , and Bezos marveled at how quickly NASA had once moved to select the manufacturer for its lunar lander.

That's right—Jeff Bezos is suing NASA. His space company, Blue Origin, recently filed a lawsuit in federal court claiming that NASA's process for choosing a supplier for its new landing system had "flaws.

This weekend's full moon is a rare 'seasonal blue moon': What that means - CNET

The term "seasonal blue moon" can help differentiate between the older and more modern definitions. Unfortunately, blue moons aren't actually blue-hued.

If you want to call the August full moon by its nickname, you can refer to it as the sturgeon moon, after the fish. So that will make it a full seasonal sturgeon blue moon, if you want to make a celestial word salad out of it.

Bad Astronomy | NASA's return to the Moon will also scout a near-Earth asteroid

Well this is interesting: NASA is launching a spacecraft to explore asteroids on Artemis I , the first test flight in their push to return to the Moon.

The spacecraft is called Near-Earth Asteroid, or NEA Scout, and get this: It's using a solar sail as propulsion, the first interplanetary mission to do so!
