Lugo has seen his share of strange lights in the sky over East Stroudsburg, but those sightings have been "nothing like" the video he caught on his smartphone camera in 2020.
"I was in the back of my house, when I looked up and I saw, like, a shooting star." He said. "But then the shooting star... stopped. So I assumed it wasn't a shooting star, grabbed my phone, started recording."

On a rainy Thursday afternoon, a strange black donut-shaped cloud was spotted hovering over the Victoria Bridge near downtown Montreal , leaving many of us wondering, "What the heck was that?"
A video, sent in by one of our readers, shows the black cloud eerily stationed above the city, looking very ominous.
