Slevik, who said he had an experience with a UFO at a young age, argues that those numbers do not represent the full picture of what is really occurring in the sky.
"There's a lot of sightings that are happening in Maine that are going unreported through official means," Slevik said. "But sightings, if you look on social media, you'll find that they are way up."
