Strange flying object captured on Nest cam over Tims Ford Lake | WKRN News 2

FRANKLIN/MOORE COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A News 2 viewer sent a video of what appears to be some type of strange object that flew over Tims Ford Lake from a Nest security camera.

Steve Yarbrough tells News 2 that the footage was captured between 4:25 and 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning, June 13. The camera is mounted on his lake house and pointed out toward the lake and his dock.

“At first, I thought it was some sort of reflection on the camera lens, but you will see from the video that the object very clearly has a reflection on the lake,” said Yarbrough.

UFO theorists and researchers around the world received a thumping boost of confidence after the Pentagon, in April, declassified at least three leaked videos that showed US Navy pilots encountering unidentified flying objects.

The Pentagon said the grainy videos were released to 'clear up any misconceptions' for the public on whether they are real or not, according to a statement by the Department of Defence. They said the footages depict 'unexplained aerial phenomena' never seen before.

Treasure Coast New Year's 'UFO' explained

"I knew what I was looking at was either a missile or a rocket," says John Simard who was taking pictures of the sunrise in Fort Pierce.

"What I couldn't understand was why was I seeing it in that area because there's no launch pads out in the ocean."

Several reported seeing the object with a fiery trail from Vero Beach to Jensen Beach in the moments before the sunrise.

"Looks like a rocket you know, could be aliens," says Josh Plauche, who looked at the photos from Fort Pierce.
