The UFO matter is spelled out plainly in the relief bill signed by then President Trump on Dec. 27, 2020. The federal government has six months from the date the bill became law to deliver to Congress an unclassified report on all it knows about UFOs, according to a passage of the legislation.

Many things are taking place:

Not a comet or UFO! SpaceX rocket launch dazzles in predawn sky

Liftoff occurred from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, but so many of us up and down the East Coast could bare witness to it. The trail left behind was enough to make you think that a) you were seeing things or b) it was some sort of comet.

In reality, it was the effect that the curvature of the earth has on launches like this. The sun hadn't risen here yet, but it had offshore. The sun's light, low on the horizon, was enough to provide an extra glow to the rocket and its vapor trail.

Humanetics and Foretellix Bridge the Gap Between Virtual and Physical Test Flows for ADAS and

The new joint offering combines physical and virtual testing of Automated Driving Assisted Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving Systems (ADS). This will help OEMs and Tier 1s reduce development and validation costs while accelerating regulated and non-regulated testing to ensure safety and compliance, taking into account the ever-growing complexity of ADAS and ADS.

"With this combined technology demonstration, we can create a complex scenario with multiple actors such as motor vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists and other vulnerable road users on a virtual platform, and port this scenario to Humanetics' robots for conducting physical testing on the proving ground.

BDN readers come forward with their own UFO stories

PORTLAND, Maine — A recent story we published about the rising numbers of UFO sightings in Maine drew a hearty number of reader responses.

Some folks wanted to make pithy retorts deriding the singular tales. Others sought to explain them away. Most wanted to chime in with their own first-hand accounts of strange aerial phenomena occurring high over the Pine Tree State.

Deb Doherty of Steep Falls also saw something: “I was driving on Route 114 from Gorham to Sebago Lake Village with my sister in law, back in the 90s, and as we crested a hill there was a bright orange thing streaking across the sky.”
