Extinct Niobium Isotope Reveals Long-Kept Secrets of Solar System | Mirage News
Evidence of extinct radionuclides like Niobium-92, which formed before the birth of our Solar System, has been identified in meteorites. Using this evidence, scientists at Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) ETH Zürich, National Institute of Polar Research, and Konkoly Observatory pinpointed the initial abundance of Niobium-92 by studying rare rutile and zircon minerals from meteoritic fragments.

Scientists have been able to determine the ages of the events in the early Solar System, somewhere starting around 4.567 billion years ago, by measuring the decay of various elements and their isotopes. However, the 92 Nb- 92 Zr chronometer is limited because of the lack of concrete information regarding the amount of 92 Nb that was present at the birth of the Solar System. This compromises its use for dating and the determination of the production of such atoms in stellar environments.
Solar panels: Should you buy or rent? - CNET
This guide will help you understand the pros and cons of each option. In turn, you will be able to decide whether renting or buying is the best fit. Let's start by seeing if your home is an ideal fit for solar panels.
Instead of paying the upfront costs associated with buying solar panels, you make monthly lease payments when you rent. In many instances, the company leasing you the panels is also responsible for maintenance, but it's vital to check upfront that it covers all maintenance and repairs.

Solar Basics: How to mount a solar system to survive a hurricane
Solar Basics is a video series by Solar Power World created to help installers learn about the business, tools and tricks of the solar power trade.
Gale-force winds can threaten solar arrays, but they'll stay put with proper mounting for extreme weather. Learn more about special mounting considerations for hurricane zones in this Solar Basics video, based on the story: Mounting a solar system to survive a hurricane .

In California, we don’t have hurricanes, but the winds can give us reminders of them. This is a great video for people who definitely experience hurricanes or strong winds yearly.
Road Trip - Maine Has A Scale Model Of The Solar System
With the pandedmic showing signs of improving and the fact that everyone that I know is practically going stir crazy and can't wait to get outside and go...anywhere, I was told about this interesting, uniques, and compelling place 'up in the county". Yes, that would be Aroostook.
It's call the Maine Solar System Model , and is overseen by the Univeristy of Maine at Presque Isle. According to it's current outdated website, it is the largest complete 3-D scale model of the Solar System in the world. The scale is 1:93,000,000, which sounds impressive to me, and it is indeed, running 40 miles along route 1 from the University Maine Presque Isle campus to the Houlton Info Center.
Australian Solar Systems Interest Index – March 2021 - Solar Quotes Blog
What were Australians wanting when considering buying a solar power system last month? Find out in the latest auSSII report.
Where a desired system size was already known, 85% of Australians using SQ’s solar quote service were after pricing and details on systems 6kW capacity and higher – up on January’s 83%. Less than 2% were interested in a 3kW system, and there was around the same level of interest for 4kW.

21% were ready to buy a solar power system immediately, down from 23% in January. While the desire to get solar right now dropped off a little, the vast majority still want to have panels installed quite soon. In February, 96% were considering a PV system purchase within 3 months, compared to 97% in January.
