The idea of a wormhole — a bridge between two patches of the universe — was first suggested in 1935
The favorite space travel maneuvers in and out of a wormhole of science-fiction fables could be more real than we thought. Physicists initially did not know whether black holes existed in the real world. Over the years, they said black holes are very real and then showed they even exist in our galaxy, using the theory of general relativity, which predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to create a black hole.

SOLARSTONE & ORKIDEA - SLOWMOTION VI - Raver Magazine
Serializing singles have been a part of the electronic music landscape since Dave Clarke's started adding numbers to his legendary 'Red' releases. There's never been a sequence quite as enduringly and era-reflecting as Solarstone and Orkidea's 'Slowmotion' series though. Essentially a musical testament to an evolving relationship between the two artists, it has waymarked their shared (and now decade-long) musical unity.
May sees the arrival of not just their latest coming-together, but also one of the most pivotal moments in Solarstone's just-released 4th 'Electronic Architecture'.
Boring Budget 2021 Reinforces Two Tier Medicines Access System In New Zealand | Scoop News
Announcement in the budget today of $200 million over the next four years is simply meeting the Government's election 2020 promise for funding existing medicines and some new ones. It does nothing to solve the medicines access crisis or medicines inequity issues for Māori and Pacific peoples, and simply confirms information already leaked to the media earlier this week.
While New Zealand's total health budget has increased with a big investment to overcome the COVID-19 and DHB funding issues, the medicines budget has not kept up with population growth and inflation since 2007 and is still in crisis. Evidence for this came from a recent Official Information Act release stating the immediate need for additional investment of over $400 million per year to fund just 74 prioritised medicines to improve patients health outcomes and wellbeing.

Kelly Link's 'The Summer People' and an escape from writer's block | The Daily Star
I didn't know what I had done wrong. My grades were holding steady, and I had won the favour of a few teachers, whose advice I even now seek out. It had gotten to a point, near the end of the year, where I had produced works I still look at and shudder, and worse yet, I had begun to write less. I began to sleep more, I began to skip meals, avoid friends. I was easily irritable; the slightest things set me off—though I didn't say anything, or let it out—I just took it back with me to sleep.
