Lue Elizondo, formerly from the secretive Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), claims to have seen the UFO footage. He describes it as showing unidentified floating objects for 23 minutes.
"The video was extremely compelling - one of many - to the point where I remember getting some expertise to look at it,” Mr Elizondo told YouTube channel Fade to Black.

Michael Ruthven, 38, was out at about 10pm on July 18 when he says he saw something he couldn't explain flying across the night sky.
"I've never seen something that shape before. Those two little orange objects I think they were the aliens. It might sound crazy, it might sound daft - but that's my theory."
