Lara Cate Wright, a junior elementary education major and N.C. Teaching Fellow , has been selected as a recipient of the STEM Pre-Service Teacher Education Scholarship through the North Carolina Space Grant.
As part of receiving the $3,500 scholarship, Wright will complete a series of NASA STEM digital badges, participate in professional opportunities and attend a cohort field trip to NASA Langley Research Center.
