A private company that researches UFOs has a new contract with the U.S. government, for developing technologies that could enhance ground vehicles in the military.
Other divisions at TTSA focus on new technology. On Oct. 17, TTSA representatives announced that the group had entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, according to a statement .
The five-year contract outlines a research collaboration, and the U.S. Army will provide at least $750,000 in support and resources for developing and testing TTSA technologies, Motherboard reported on Oct. 21.
Those technologies could include "inertial mass reduction, mechanical/structural meta materials, electromagnetic meta material wave guides, quantum physics, quantum communications, and beamed energy propulsion," according to the contract.

Army partners with former Blink-182 founder's UFO research company to study alien technology
Much like the universe, the military's affiliation with alien-related subject matter appears to be ever-expanding.
In 2017, the Pentagon confirmed the existence of a program that existed from 2007 to 2012, the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, that was dedicated solely to investigating reports of UFO sightings.
This April, the Navy confirmed it was drafting a fleet-wide message to establish guidelines for pilots and other military personnel to report UFO sightings, the culmination of a surge in what the Navy called a series of intrusions by advanced aircraft on Navy carrier strike groups.
UM Today | The Falcon Lake UFO Files
On May 20, 1967, something happened in the wilderness around Falcon Lake, Manitoba, that has never been adequately explained. Stefan Michalak, an amateur geologist who liked to prospect in the wilderness around Falcon Lake, said he had been examining a quartz vein about noon that day when he was startled by geese suddenly agitated by something nearby. He said he looked up to see two saucer-shaped flying objects overhead, one of which descended and appeared to land about 45 metres away. He spent the next half-hour sketching the object then got brave enough to walk towards it. However, the object took off suddenly with a blast of hot gas, burning Michalak in the process. Later, radioactive debris was found at the site by military and RCMP investigators. Neither the RCMP nor the Canadian Forces were able to explain the event.

US Army Will Study 'Metamaterials' Collected by UFO Study Group - Defense One
UFO truthers don't typically hold a lot of credibility within the research community, but today the Defense Department is acknowledging at least one such group could have some serious contributions to make.
The Army Combat Capabilities Development Command recently partnered with the To The Stars Academy to study a wide variety of different technologies and materials, most of which sound like they were pulled straight from a sci-fi movie. The cooperative research and development agreement is set to last five years and could ultimately help the Army develop new capabilities for its fleet of ground vehicles.
"To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science is a company with materiel and technology innovations that offer capability advancements for Army ground vehicles," officials wrote in the agreement, a copy of which was provided to Nextgov . "The [Academy] will share their innovations with the government, who will use its laboratories and resources to characterize the technologies and determine if they have appropriate applications on ground vehicles."

Mysterious case of the vanishing UFOs | Comment | The Times
Port Talbot is inundated with UFOs. The Welsh steel town is a magnet for alien spacecraft. The place is positively awash with flying saucers. This is according to the actor Michael Sheen, who claims to have had a close encounter with a formation of alien lights on his way home from school in the 1970s. The lady next door apparently spotted a flying saucer hovering over the garden. Sheen's dad also saw a UFO, on New Year's Eve, sober.
"I think Port Talbot is some kind of hub," Sheen said last week. "It's like some sort of stop-off . . . the Little Chef of the Galaxy."
UFO Group Sharing Exotic Materials With Army for Combat Vehicles
The Army is researching whether materials an outside group says were collected from UFOs can be used as cutting-edge technology in combat vehicles, according to interviews and a new research and development agreement.
The exploratory research is being conducted jointly by the new U.S. Army Futures Command and the To The Stars Academy, which has obtained what it says are exotic meta-materials that may have otherworldly origins and useful applications for the military.
The Army command was created last year to spearhead technological innovation and the vehicle research represents the first formal cooperation between the military and the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science , formed in 2017 by rock musician and UFO believer Tom DeLonge. The group is best known for releasing widely publicized and authenticated Navy fighter jet cockpit videos that appear to show unknown aircraft with baffling flight capabilities.
