Modern-Day UFO Sightings No One Can Explain

This June, for the first time in history, the U.S. government acknowledged the existence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), also known as UFOs. So far, nothing's been attributed to extraterrestrial activity—but nothing's been ruled out, either.

One hundred miles southwest of San Diego, fighter pilots engaged with a white aircraft, shaped like a massive Tic Tac and moving three times faster than the speed of sound. "I have no idea what I saw," Commander David Fravor said of the encounter.

Aliens Could Be Using Dyson Spheres Around Black Holes to Collect Immense Power –

With a concept for an extraterrestrial civilization building the enormous megastructures around stellar mass black holes, theoretical Dyson Spheres have been upped in terms of energy harvesting potential.

In a new research published in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, researchers from Taiwan’s National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) investigated the energy output from a stellar mass black hole and discovered that it would be enormous, dwarfing the amount of energy taken by

Could the aliens use the Dyson sphere around the black hole to gather enormous power?

Scientists have proposed an alien civilization to build a huge giant structure around a stellar black hole, raising the bar for theoretical Dyson spheres and far beyond what was possible with traditional Dyson spheres alone. Boosted energy harvesting power.

In a new study published in Monthly Notification of the Royal Astronomical Society , Researchers at the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) in Taiwan delve into the energy output from stellar black holes and discover that the amount of energy captured is enormous and reduces the amount of

Who's to say? // The Observer

While preparing Flaherty Hall for Welcome Week, a fellow member of hall staff asked us if we believed in ghosts or aliens. While most of our hall staff answered 'yes' to one of these questions, only two of us answered 'yes' to both.

This conversation, however, sparked a recurring discussion I constantly find difficulty having with myself, though I also find it to be an interesting discourse: What is considered "real," how do we know what is real and who is to say what we don't perceive is real, isn't?
